Title: Asparagus Ham Quiche

2pk10-oz. frozen cut asparagus; thawed
1lbFully cooked ham; chopped
2cSwiss cheese; shredded, 8-oz
1/2cOnion; chopped
6 Eggs
2cMilk
1 1/2cButtermilk baking mix
2tbDried vegetable flakes
1/4tsPepper

In two greased 9" pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese, and onion. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide in half and pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate. Bake at 375~ for 30 mins. or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Yield - 12 servings.
